Alex Neumann is a former professional pickleball player (career-high world #14) who co-founded two US court construction businesses and built the vetted installer network across all 50 states. Enrique Licon was on the ground for some of the earliest padel facility builds in Latin America and brings direct manufacturer relationships. ARA members connect directly with the team — not a sales queue.
