Cross-account note
Each coupon + promo lives on the Stripe account matching the org's home state (GA clubs → GA account; non-GA → National). A staff member redeeming a comp code from a different state than the club routes to a different Stripe account, where that coupon id won't resolve — createCheckoutSession auto-creates a mirror coupon + promo on the processing account at checkout time so the redemption still goes through, and the DB seat ledger (complimentary_seats_used / _total) is the authoritative cap checked before the session is created.
